Job Role: Head of Operations

As the Head of Operations at VMG, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Your key responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership, managing business operations, and driving long-term growth initiatives. You will work closely with department heads, lead a team of key personnel, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the VMG division - Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency and profitability - Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and key personnel - Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth - Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with operational responsibility - Successful track record in elevating brands/companies - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills - Experience with offshore manufacturing/supply chain is desirable - Ability to multitask, set priorities, and stay focused in a dynamic environment - Experience in the apparel industry is preferred but not essential - Creative thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
