Join Our Team as a Site-based Project Manager in Auckland Central

Your Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects ranging from $8-80 million
• Liaising with main contractors
• Managing project delivery and documentation
• Reading plans and specifications
• Programming works and ordering materials
• Managing health and safety procedures
• Working on-site 80% of the time and in the North Shore office 20% of the time

What We Are Looking For

If you have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Project or Site Management with a sub-contractor, we want to hear from you. You should be competent in running a job independently, possess excellent communication and time management skills, and be a problem solver and team player. A formal construction qualification is desirable, along with the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Benefits and Application Process
