To be considered for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of NZ aged care experience - Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner) - Current Annual Practicing Certificate with the NZNC - Recent clinical or management experience in a continuing care hospital facility - Strong management and administration skills - Excellent people skills and empathy towards the elderly and their families - Respect for diverse cultures and backgrounds - Good written and verbal communication skills
