Construction Planner/Scheduler Full-time Job

Grada Recruitment have partnered with a leading construction company in Auckland, known for its innovative and challenging projects that contribute to a better community and built environment.  They are currently seeking a skilled Construction Planner/Scheduler. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction programmes for both tender submissions and secured projects.
• Administer and present programmes for extension of time claims (EOT’s).
• Present programmes to clients, including external programme reviewers.
• Implement resource programmes and create resource charts from MPP software.
• Track live projects, reporting on progress, and manage resequencing as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning/scheduling.
• At least 2 years of experience within the New Zealand construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in MPP software or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, ready to tackle challenges with innovative solutions.
