Grada Recruitment have partnered with a leading construction company in Auckland, known for its innovative and challenging projects that contribute to a better community and built environment. They are currently seeking a skilled Construction Planner/Scheduler. Be part of a company that are delivering some of Auckland's most exciting construction projects and be part of a team that values professional development, diversity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed construction programmes for both tender submissions and secured projects.
- Administer and present programmes for extension of time claims (EOT’s).
- Present programmes to clients, including external programme reviewers.
- Implement resource programmes and create resource charts from MPP software.
- Track live projects, reporting on progress, and manage resequencing as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning/scheduling.
- At least 2 years of experience within the New Zealand construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in MPP software or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, ready to tackle challenges with innovative solutions.
