Responsibilities

• Manage contractual and financial aspects of construction projects
• Prepare progress claims, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts
• Assist in tendering new projects and estimating project costs
• Manage building contracts, subcontractors, and construction progress

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Quantity Surveyor experience
• 5-10 years in NZ commercial construction sector on large-scale projects
• Proven leadership experience and a positive attitude

Benefits
