Join Our Team as a Residential Estimator

The Role

Our team is on an exciting growth trajectory, working on key projects that shape the future of Auckland communities. We are looking for an experienced residential Estimator to join our high-performing team on the North Shore of Auckland. Reporting to the Lead Estimator, this role involves:

Responsibilities

• Conducting tender assessments to identify key requirements and opportunities for bids and projects
• Providing value engineering input for cost-effective solutions
• Requesting and reviewing pricing proposals from subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing and reviewing tenders with attention to detail
• Attending pre and post-tender meetings and collaborating with various stakeholders
• Performing measurement and take-off of quantities and materials

What You Will Bring to the Team

If you have 7+ years of NZ construction experience, estimation skills in multi-unit housing and civil site works, and possess great people skills, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will also have:

• Strong knowledge of NZ construction systems, particularly NZS3604
• Excellent financial literacy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer software like Excel, Outlook, and Word
