Job Title: Licensed Cadastral Surveyor / Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cadastral surveys and land title investigations, including fee proposals
- Prepare and review survey plans and legal documents
- Peer review and mentoring
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion
- Provide expertise and guidance on land surveying matters
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
Experience Required:
- Hold a current New Zealand Licensed Cadastral Surveyor qualification or be interested in working towards this
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Proficiency with surveying software and equipment
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand land surveying laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
