Your responsibilities will include facilitating reflective practice sessions, integrating trauma-informed and culturally responsive principles, and collaborating with site leaders to support staff development.

Skills and Experience

To excel in this position, you should have:

• Proven custodial practice experience, preferably in a women's prison
• Advanced interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking

Salary and Benefits
