Key points:

- Dynamic and strategic Customer Manager role - Focus on driving sustainable, profitable growth across Foodstuffs North Island banners - Manage key accounts, execute promotional programs, and optimize portfolio - Position company as a preferred category partner - Based in Auckland with domestic travel required

Job requirements:

- 4-6 years of sales experience in FMCG environment - Proven account management experience with key stakeholders - Strong leadership, negotiation, forecasting, and business analysis skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, and IRI - Degree in a relevant field preferred

Job responsibilities:

- Implement customer strategic plans - Manage trade investment and optimize core range availability - Build and maintain relationships within Foodstuffs - Lead execution of operating plan at store level - Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing plans - Manage retail forecast and contribute to monthly IBP processes

Qualifications:

- Degree in a relevant field preferred

Skills:

- Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Familiarity with business reporting tools
