Job Description
As our Customer Service Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations. Your primary role will be to manage and optimize our daily administrative tasks using our job management software. This includes ensuring efficiency and accuracy in job scheduling, customer data management, and workflow coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our job management software
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Handle invoicing, billing, and document management via our job management software and Xero
- Support team members with administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of service records
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Proven experience in customer service administrative roles, preferably in a pest control or similar service environment
- Proficiency in ServiceM8 or a similar job management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Past sales experience
- Confidence with over-the-phone quoting systems
