Position Details

• Location: On-site in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand
• Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support staff member, your main responsibilities will include:

• Moderating in-game chat and forums
• Assisting customers via email, private message, and live chat
