Customer Service/Accounts Support – West Auckland Based

Role: Customer service/Accounts Support

Working hours: Between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate must be:

  • Reliable, friendly person and a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
  • Good typing and data entry skills
  • Must be a NZ citizen/resident or possess a valid work visa.

An exposure to Accounts Payable and Receivable functions will be an added advantage

Your main duties are:

  • Taking customer orders and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Order processing and Data entry - training will be provided;
  • Order confirmations;
  • Reception duties and assisting Management as required.
