Customer Service/Accounts Support – West Auckland Based

Role: Customer service/Accounts Support
Working hours: Between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate must be:
- Reliable, friendly person and a team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Must be a NZ citizen/resident or possess a valid work visa.
An exposure to Accounts Payable and Receivable functions will be an added advantage
Your main duties are:
- Taking customer orders and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- Order processing and Data entry - training will be provided;
- Order confirmations;
- Reception duties and assisting Management as required.
