About Us

DLM Architects is a boutique Architectural practice located in the central Auckland fringe. We specialize in Educational, Commercial, and Residential Architecture, providing innovative and sustainable design solutions.

The Opportunity

Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with versatile skills? We are seeking an office manager who can work independently and take ownership of their role. This part-time position offers 20 hours per week with flexibility for the right candidate. As our office manager, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities, from managing accounts to ordering supplies and everything in between.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and receivable - Handle payroll, health & safety, and HR tasks - Prepare monthly management reports and cash flow forecasts - Oversee GST and tax management - Maintain general office administration, including stocking kitchen, bathroom, and stationery supplies

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with: - 3+ years of experience in a similar position - Proficiency in XERO or similar accounting software - Knowledge of XERO Payroll and employment regulations - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools - Understanding of Workflow Max or willingness to learn - Positive attitude and excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
