The Role – Registered Valuer

Absolute Value is seeking a Registered Valuer to join their team. With access to over 20 years of valuation data and New Zealand's most comprehensive valuation database, you will have the resources to lead your market effectively. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

• An eye for detail
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Excellent computer skills
• Great verbal communication skills and willingness to engage with clients
• Ability to work efficiently within deadlines
• Team player attitude with initiative, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor
• Valuer Registration is a must

Professional Memberships to PINZ/RICS/ANZIV are supported, providing opportunities to develop in-depth knowledge and industry-wide networks in the New Zealand property market.

Location and Benefits
