Work Environment

You will primarily work at our Auckland office in Eden Terrace, surrounded by a diverse group of individuals from various backgrounds, ages, cultures, and experiences. Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting school and early childhood teachers with temporary/relief positions. Your role will involve business development, sales, managing client portfolios, conducting candidate interviews, and maintaining regular communication with both clients and candidates. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, including shift work that may involve early morning starts, late finishes, and rotating Sunday evening shifts.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $63,000 to $66,000 per annum.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have a proven background in temporary recruitment, preferably within the education sector. Skills in candidate attraction and management, experience in the education sector (ideally as a teacher), strong communication abilities, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, innovative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service excellence are essential. Experience with Bullhorn ATS and CRM is preferred, along with holding a full NZ Driver’s License.
