Requirements for the Role

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous facade experience, preferably in commercial projects
• Construction management qualification or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating commercial teams, subcontractors, and labor
