Our client, a well-established main contractor in Auckland, is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role focuses on multi-unit residential builds, with a preference for candidates with experience in vertical construction and apartments.

Role Requirements:

• Experience in start-to-finish projects in commercial and residential sectors
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand construction systems and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating budgets and preparing Bill of Quantities
• Handling Contract Variations
• Issuing Purchase Orders and deriving costing reports
• Allocating works and checking bills
