Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Working Foreman to oversee and coordinate civil construction projects. Your leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to excellence will be pivotal for the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Lead: Manage a team of skilled laborers and crew members on-site.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure efficient project execution by coordinating resources and schedules.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any construction issues that arise and make informed decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Communication: Collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Foreman in civil construction.
  • Working Environment: Experience in urban environments, particularly around roading, earthworks, and 3 waters.
  • Qualifications: WTR and class 2-5 licenses highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil construction processes, machinery, and materials.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Safety Focus: Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
