Key Responsibilities

• Handle grooming inquiries with a friendly and accommodating manner.
• Efficiently schedule grooming appointments and ensure dogs are ready for pick-up at scheduled times.
• Conduct thorough consultations with owners, discussing grooming styles and assessing the dog's coat condition.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for grooming services and explain service scopes and pricings to customers.
• Address customer preferences and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs during their stay, checking conditions thoroughly and communicating with owners.
• Handle grooming process professionally, addressing matting situations and behavioral issues with care and expertise.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, maintain detailed grooming records, and uphold hygiene and safety protocols.
• Perform first aid in case of incidents and communicate effectively with the supervisor.
