About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional leader to make their mark! We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead their diverse team and oversee all aspects of Cube's business. As the General Manager, you will report to the 3 Directors of the business who started the company from scratch over 15 years ago. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, managing budgets, improving revenue, evaluating performance, and identifying new opportunities. You'll also play a crucial role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic growth strategies
• End-to-end general management responsibilities which include sales, distribution, finance, HR, and manufacturing
• Managing budgets, forecasts and reporting to improve profit line
• Evaluate business performance and identify new opportunities to pursue
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Key Attributes

• 10 years + experience in leadership positions
• Sound skills in operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and take a large team on a transformational journey
