## Job Description As a Senior Project Manager with 8-10 years of consultancy experience, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Project Managers and overseeing projects in the industrial sector. This position provides a blend of support and autonomy, allowing you to make strategic decisions and guide project execution. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, mentoring internal teams, and ensuring project success from start to finish.

## Required Qualifications and Skills - Tertiary qualification in Project Management or Civil Engineering - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy in New Zealand - Proficiency in managing construction contracts - Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills - Ability to analyze technical information and communicate effectively - Experience leading programs supported by Government funding and private investment - Excellent leadership and communication skills
