The Role of Glasshouse Supervisor

As a Glasshouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations within the glasshouse environment. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, ensuring smooth operations, monitoring crop health, maintaining equipment, and upholding health and safety standards. It's a physically demanding role that requires dedication and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in horticulture, a valid driver's license, and preferably GrowSafe certification. While horticultural qualifications and forklift license are advantageous, training can be provided. Candidates should be willing to work long hours in challenging conditions and demonstrate leadership qualities, empathy, and cultural understanding.
