The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to join our Specialist Trading team as the Head of Specialty Operations. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in New Zealand or international markets, you will collaborate with our Ando Underwriters team and various support teams to drive operational excellence. Your role will involve managing Syndicate relationships and working closely with the Head of Specialty Trading.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Head of Specialty Operations, you will be responsible for: - Managing the Specialty Trading Team Operations, Binder facilitation, and Coverholder requirements. - Serving as a primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders. - Supporting senior leaders in developing a robust control framework. - Providing monthly portfolio reporting to Syndicates, Underwriting & Claims. - Ensuring consistency in the delivery of current team processes and identifying areas for performance improvement. - Building the business brand through collaboration, values, and exemplary leadership.
