Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Motor Assessors to ensure optimal customer service and quality assessment of motor claims.
• Ensure all assessments are accurate, compliant with guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage customer and client complaints, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in insurance assessing in the NZ market.
• Trade Qualified - Panelbeater.
• Passion for the motor industry with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver superior customer service and quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive operational improvements.
• Knowledge of claims management software and technology.
