About the Role
The Health Improvement Team Manager position offers a competitive salary for a 0.8FTE role with excellent company benefits, including car parking. As the Health Improvement Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of Health Improvement Practitioners and Health Coaches in medical centers. Your duties will include providing support to medical center managers in recruitment and HR, coordinating professional supervision, and managing funder contract requirements. The role is based at the Head Office in Penrose, with travel required to medical centers in Auckland and Northland.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and New Zealand employment laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, implement new processes, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using software applications for data management and reporting
- Passion for improving community health outcomes
