Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment or sales/account management and possess a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed in a competitive environment. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and matching them with top-tier candidates.

• Experience in recruitment or a strong background in B2B sales/account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing tasks
• Proven track record of establishing and developing long-term client relationships
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and committed to building a successful career in recruitment

Benefits

At Kings Recruitment, we offer a competitive base salary along with uncapped monthly commissions ranging from 30% to 50%. Our commission structure is considered one of the best in the market, with OTE between $100K to $180K. Additionally, top performers have the opportunity to earn extra incentives such as overseas trips and financial bonuses.
