• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced), and Outlook.
• Effective task prioritization abilities.
• Knowledge of New Zealand insurance policies and regulations.
• Preferably hold a FS level 5 qualification.
