• Managing project costs

• Identifying and pricing variations and additional works
• Attending on-site meetings
• Processing variations
• Cost monitoring
• Progress and payment claims
• Procurement
• Budgeting

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Civil Construction Quantity Surveying in New Zealand
• Relevant QS Diploma or industry qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-driven and motivated to succeed
