Qualifications and Experience Required

To be successful in your application for the Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you should possess the following:

• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction as a QS/Senior QS
• Ideally, experience in the New Zealand market
• Significant experience in projects ranging from $20mil to $100mil, with exposure to projects over $50mil
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to final account
• Expertise in cost control, budget monitoring, and project reporting
• Experience in risk management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors
• Strong stakeholder management skills
