About the Role:

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects in the Façade sector. Key responsibilities include liaising with customers and team members, ensuring timely project completion, managing project budgets efficiently, and utilizing CAD software. The role also involves effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship building to meet project objectives.

Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Project Management or Engineering
• Experience in the Façade sector of the industry
• Proficiency in CAD software preferred
• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience
• New Zealand Driver’s License
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
• Strong work ethic and excellent social skills
