About Us

Te Tai Awa O Te Ora has been providing culturally appropriate social services in south Auckland for 30 years. Our work is informed by Māori world views and values to benefit all people, with about half of our clients and staff being Māori and the other half predominantly Pasifika. We have a whānau-centered and strengths-based approach, supporting whānau to make desired changes in their lives. About You

We are looking for a qualified registered professional with a minimum of four years' experience as a social service practitioner. You must have a qualification recognized in New Zealand, experience in providing professional supervision, and a full clean driver's license. Demonstrated commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the ability to work in a bi-cultural and/or multi-cultural context are essential. Experience working with Māori and/or Pasifika people is required, and experience with children is advantageous. If you have experience in leading high-performing teams and professional supervision, we want to hear from you!

We Offer

The employment package includes a full-time salary of $86,178 - $108,857 (based on experience), annual salary increase, professional fees paid, up to two weeks of professional development time, and contribution to costs.
