Role Overview

As the Group Advisory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert insurance advice and products to clients in Auckland, Waikato, and Far North. Reporting directly to the National Manager, your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring a team of Advisors, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • People leadership: Foster open communication, develop team capabilities, set KPIs, and manage performance.
  • Business Strategy and Planning: Contribute to business strategy, undertake acquisition work, and drive business development.
  • Client Management: Manage new and existing business, deliver quality customer experience, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk, Compliance, and H&S: Mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote health and safety in the workplace.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in people management, regulatory awareness, relationship management, and business development. Holding a Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5) is preferred.
