As a leader at Taikura Trust, you will oversee a community engagement, cultural, and navigation model to connect with individuals in need of support. Your role involves engaging with stakeholders, enhancing referral processes, and leading a diverse team of professionals. • Lead a Community Engagement team and strategic relationships
• Enhance systems and processes for better service delivery

• Oversight of a community engagement and navigation model

Qualifications and Benefits

To excel in this role, you should be an outstanding communicator with experience in process design and continuous improvement. A background in Social Services or Health and Disability sectors is preferred, along with a working knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
