Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Motor Assessors to ensure optimal customer service and quality in motor claims assessment.
• Ensure assessments are accurate, compliant with guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer and client complaints, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of insurance assessing experience in the NZ market.
• Trade Qualified as a Panelbeater.
• Passion for the motor industry, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver superior customer service and quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive operational improvements.
• Knowledge of claims management software and technology.
