Job Description

As part of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing department, you will play a vital role in supporting employees with injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the injury and illness management framework
• Lead and promote the injury and fitness for work management program
• Coordinate workplace rehabilitation programs for early return to work
• Manage workers' compensation processes to ensure legal compliance
• Provide timely advice on legislation and support investigations
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain employee health-related information in compliance with regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Background in injury rehabilitation and/or case management
• Experience in Occupational Therapy or Vocational Physiotherapy
• Knowledge of ACC legislation and health information privacy codes
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Outcome-driven with a customer-centric approach
