About the Role:

• Co-deliver strategic people initiatives for the New Zealand Firm
• Act as a trusted thought leader to senior managers and the Executive leadership team
• Oversee the execution of annual people calendar activities
• Contribute to organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion a safe and inclusive working environment for employees

Requirements:

• Proven commercial HR experience, preferably in a professional services environment
• Strong EQ and leadership competencies
• Expertise in organizational transformation and change management
• Collaborative and resilient mindset
