Reporting directly to the South Island Operations Manager, this key role involves maximizing operational efficiency, financial performance, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximizing contract financial returns
• Managing staff and assets
• Setting and achieving goals
• Building strong client relationships
• Participating in tendering processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of technical contract experience
• Proven staff and asset management skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (NZCE Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
• Experience in treatment and pump stations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to health & safety, quality assurance, and environmental management
