Position Overview

Key Requirements

• NPD experience within food manufacturing
• Ability to pull teams together for project delivery

• Experience with project management tools/systems
• Background in FMCG or food environment
• Food Science qualification or similar
• Experience in Product Development, Food Safety, and HSE
• Proven interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Role and Responsibilities

The Project Manager will report to the Processing Business Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of new product development projects. Responsibilities include managing the NPD pipeline, championing new products through development processes, and ensuring commercially viable projects are successfully executed. Communication across teams and maintaining project timelines and costs are crucial aspects of the role.
