The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a sole charge position where you will take on the responsibility of managing the full end-to-end payroll function for approximately 300 employees. Your duties will include:

  • Loading, updating, and maintaining employee information in the payroll system
  • Maintaining, loading, and calculating payroll data for wage and salary employees
  • Ensuring compliance with all payroll-related tax obligations with the IRD, including timely and accurate filing/payment of PAYE and KiwiSaver
  • Conducting system testing and data audits as needed
  • Addressing payroll-related queries
  • Reconciling payroll headcount

About You

If you have a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! This role requires someone who is meticulous, proactive, and committed to delivering accurate and timely results.
