Overview
Are you looking for a challenging role where you can manage diverse People & Culture functions across an exciting portfolio? Delegat offers an opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive team with global exposure. As a People & Culture Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance on regulations and legislations for our operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Support and advise managers on P&C activities aligned with current employment law and business requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, reporting, WHS, remuneration, ER, L&D, and OD projects
- Assist with HR administration, including posting job adverts, creating employment offers, data analysis, and benefits administration
- Guide managers through ER processes such as performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions
- Facilitate training and workshops
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR and ER Advisory experience
- Knowledge of NZ employment law (global exposure is a plus)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A growth mindset and proactive approach to personal development
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred
