Services Coordinator/Engineer
Our client, a Tier 2 builder specializing in medium-scale commercial projects ranging from $50m - $70m, is seeking a Services Coordinator/Engineer. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role on commercial builds with a strong understanding of service disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical background
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with trades and subcontractors
- Knowledge of core service disciplines and NZBC
- Provide day-to-day technical support
- Supervision of building services trade installations
- Efficient services management support for complex commercial projects
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as a Services Engineer with a commercial main-contractor
- Strong technical knowledge in building services
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Great communication & relationship building skills
