About the role:

A Senior Quantity Surveyor role within a highly regarded business who have a varied pipeline of Commercial projects up to $40mil. You can expect to sole-charge or leading a small team of QSs on various projects and the role reports into the Commercial Director. The role duties will include delivering all Commercial requirements for the project until the final account.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role in NZ
• 15+ years experience ideally in Commercial construction
• Exposure to medium/large commercial projects
• Proven track record of leading the commercial aspects of a project
• Great communication skills
