Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new opportunity in a consultancy environment? Our client, a client-side project management firm with 17 years of industry expertise, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in multi-unit residential, reclad, and commercial projects, they handle everything from design management to quantity surveying in-house. Projects range from $500K to $30M, offering a diverse and challenging work environment.

What We Need
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in a Project Manager role within a consultancy environment.
- Proven experience managing 3-5 small to medium-sized projects simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills, proficiency in MS Project and Excel, and experience in writing Change Initiatives (CIs) and project minutes.
- Ability to speak knowledgeably and understand the construction process.
- Familiarity with NZS:3910 is preferred, and being an Engineer to the Contract (EtC) or Engineer's Representative (Eng’s Rep) would be highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed, including regular visits to project sites in the Bay of Plenty.
Salary
The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
