Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 Main Contractor with a focus on accurate cost management, procurement, and contract administration. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, overseeing construction costs, monitoring project profitability, managing procurement processes, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

The role requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 8 years of experience in vertical builds in New Zealand or Australia. A relevant construction/quantity surveying qualification is necessary. The position offers opportunities for growth and progression into a Commercial Manager role.
