Having a solid foundation with great partnerships with Landscape architects and a growing client base provide certainty and huge variety of quality projects while also adding value to its client with a maintenance team.

Role Purpose: To manage high quality landscaping jobs, both commercial and residential. Communicate effectively with clients and over see team members and sub-contractors on site. Organisation of material and cost control of design changes on site. Contribute to our continuous improvement and add to our already strong team culture. Grow with the business with potential to move into an operations manager role.

The Role: It covers 3 key attributes, 

  1. Leadership – Developing our team (people growth/ positive culture).
  2. Management – Disciplines around administration and taking initiative.
  3. Skill - Training and quality standards.

More about the Role Repsonsiblities/Tasks

  • Assist with project methodology and on-site solutions.
  • Manage resources with effective scheduling. 
  • Support team members personally and up-skill them on a daily basis. 
  • Daily client communication regarding planning, detailing and variation costs.
  • Ensure correct tools and equipment are being used on site for maximum efficiency.
  • Order and purchase required material for projects. 
  • Develop quality business relationships with landscape architects and clients.
  • Develop team culture and ensure effective team combinations.
  • Ensure staff have appropriate safety equipment and are trained to use tools and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Assist with sales by generating leads through existing clients, high standard of work and communication.
  • Assist with pricing projects.
  • Fill in when required on-site for staff that are not at work.
