Our client is a leading NZ-owned company specializing in developing and manufacturing ingredients for the nutraceutical industry. With a focus on marine, animal, and botanical raw materials, they have seen significant growth and success, resulting in the addition of new sites and increased production.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Process Operator to oversee and manage specialist equipment, including encapsulation of hard-shell capsule and soft gel capsule Manufacturing and Packaging Machines. Responsibilities include machine set-up, calibration, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate production while maintaining meticulous records. Quality checks, compliance with health and safety protocols, and regulatory requirements are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Soft gel manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in operating nutraceutical/pharmaceutical equipment
• Experience in process operations, including set-up and calibration
• Good understanding of QA procedures and regulatory standards
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
• Physical fitness
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
