Our client, a reputable main contractor specializing in residential construction, is expanding their Quantity Surveying team due to a solid project pipeline. Responsibilities

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include: - Takeoff and pricing of plans and quotes - Tendering, estimating, and measuring - Cost analysis for project work - Evaluation and negotiation of subcontractor bids - Collaborating with project teams to ensure budget compliance - Contributing to the success of turnkey projects and expansions

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have: - Fluency in English and Mandarin - University qualification in Quantity Surveying - Minimum of 2 years of experience in terrace house or residential projects in New Zealand - Strong numeric sensitivity and cost control abilities - Proficiency in MS Project, Word & Excel, and Estimating software - Excellent organizational and communication skills
