Salary and Location

Salary: $140k - $170k

Location: Auckland

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee infrastructure projects, from tendering to closeout
• Manage projects exceeding $40 million in value
• Directly manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and other personnel
• Act as the primary client contact point
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and address deviations
• Utilize project management software for tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager role
• Experience in heavy infrastructure, specifically in roading and water infrastructure
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of project delivery
