Role of Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor within the company, your primary responsibility revolves around ensuring the financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness of construction endeavors. Your key duties will include:

• Preparing comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
• Conducting cost analyses, risk assessments, and value engineering evaluations
• Collaborating with project stakeholders on contractual and procurement strategies
• Managing tender documents and contract negotiations
• Overseeing financial aspects of contract administration and monitoring project expenditures
• Compiling progress reports and maintaining accurate financial records
• Resolving financial disputes and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Cultivating positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for successful project outcomes
