About the Role

As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients on their journey to independence. You will work closely with clients, their families, providers, and employers to develop holistic rehabilitation plans and ensure the best possible outcomes for recovery. Your responsibilities will include communication with clients, facilitating rehabilitation plans, and providing support to help clients achieve their goals. You may also have the opportunity to work within specialized areas such as the Hāpai Client Recovery service, focusing on improving services and engagement for whānau Māori.

About You

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a curious mindset, flexibility, personal resilience, and a full clean New Zealand driver's license. While experience in case management or the public sector is a bonus, it is not a requirement. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply, even if they do not meet all the listed requirements.

What Can You Expect?

Starting salary for this role is $70,000 plus a 9% superannuation contribution, with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement to a Senior Recovery Coordinator role.
